Getting rid of the waste in my mind

Somehow, I feel tired easily nowadays. Whereas I feel like I never do any hard work, actually. However, by the end of the teaching hours, I can’t help to stay relaxed and not do anything. All I need is to rest, do fun yet less physical things, and remain comfortable for the rest of the time until it is time to sleep. I tried to figure out what could have led me to get easily tired. Soon after, I discovered that it has something to do with psychological, emotional and mental health, which affects physical fitness.

Body and soul are two interdependent things. “Men sana in corpore sano”. A healthy soul lies within a healthy body. On the other hand, a healthy soul also affects a healthy body. This is the case. My mind and soul are not okay. It has definitely influenced my body.

I took time to contemplate, to see what was going on. Thank Goodness that it does not take long until I find the causes. As far as I have identified, my tiredness is caused by a lot of “waste” in my brain.

What is the waste in question?

All begins from countless undone plans, either small, medium or big. Yeah, I like making a plan, but I forgot that letting those plans be abandoned without accomplishment creates waste in my mind. It is precisely like the way computers or smartphones work. The more things stored in the memories, the slower the gadgets perform. All waste in my brain due to many unaccomplished plans exacerbates my work speed. It worsens my physical performance. This makes me understand why I feel burnout easily.

It is critical to get things done in time. Nothing is insurmountable. There is a challenge, and there is a key to facing the challenge.

All I need to do now is getting rid of the waste in my brain. The thing about how it works is not similar to how we clear up storage in the gadget’s memory which only takes a second using the “delete” button. Getting rid of waste in the brain takes time. I need to accomplish every plan I have made, so there will be a wider space in my memory. This is how my “gadget” will perform faster, more effectively and with more durability.
